Description
This is Tom's top red wine and, interestingly, the only red not produced and named after a single vineyard. A blend of 110-year-old Carignan and Grenache Gris (as well as 10% white field blend) farmed organically on marl.
Whole-cluster, four day maceration in fiberglass. Pressed and racked to ferment and age in demi-muid until bottling with no sulfur addition.
