Fun facts: Les Nouettes is a lieu-dit planted in Pineau d'Aunis owned by Garnier. However, the current iteration of this cuvée is made from purchased organic fruit totaling two hectares. It is the only négociant wine produced at the estate.
Winemaking: After a six-to-seven day whole-cluster, infusion style maceration, the wines ferment in fiberglass and stainless steel vats and are bottled in November as a primeur.
