Description
A blend of direct-pressed Rotburger rosé (50%) and another 50% made up of Rotburger (Zweigelt) (80%) & St. Laurent (20%), hand-harvested and co-fermented naturally on the skins for three days. Aged on gross lees in fiberglass, steel, and large oak barrels. Unfined and unfiltered, with a tiny amount of SO2 (5mg) added at bottling.
A joyful celebration of Austrian red varietals and bright light style of red wines — fruity and spicy with great drinkability.
