Description
In the south of the Jura, in the little know village of Passenas, Steve and Celine Gormally run a young domaine made up of only 6 hectares. Under the tutelage of Julien Labet, Celine has focused on wines made in the ouillé style, as apposed to the sous voile method the Jura is often known for.
This is because they are all about terroir, producing a number of micro-cuvées that showcase Jura's under appreciated vistas. With the same gesture, they are committed to making natural wine, biodynamically.
