Something that was meant to be a red, now one year later this wine is closer to be a white than a rosé, with a taste of pink grapefruit and likeminded citrus fruits. Anyway we’ll call it a rosé and drink it as one! Around 50/50 Grenache Noir and Grenache Blanc, all pressed directly during a couple of days followed by a year in fiberglass cuve. That simple.."
