A little sour.
That’s what this traditional beverage is. We take the pomace from our winemaking, soak it in water for 1-2 weeks, and press it again. This second pressing then ferments naturally into a tart, refreshing beverage. We add back some of the original wine and referment it all in this can to add bubbles. It’s like if a wine cooler was actually cool.
