Cleopatra Wines — formerly Persephone Wines — are made by Rachel Signer on the Lucy Margaux Farm in Basket Range, South Australia. The wines change every year but one thing is constant: No additions, just grapes.
The 2022 Pét-Nat is a textural and nutty fizz of skin-contact Fiano and Chardonnay from two different vineyards in the Hope Forest area. Fermented in South Australian amphorae. Disgorged in spring.
