Description
Pisco was born in Colonial Peru at the hands of Jesuit monks who cultivated the first Pisco grapes in Pisco Valley.
in the year 1615, the first records of Pisco distillation were written by indigenous chronicler Felipe Guaman Poma de Ayala.
Distilled from fresh grape must and in alembic copper stills, Pisco captures the fresh essence of grapes as it doesn’t contain any additives nor is it aged.
Today, few meters from the Old Hacienda Santa Cruz de Lanchas, in the heart of Pisco Valley, we cultivate our grapes and distill our Piscos. We follow the highest standards of quality and preserve the artisan spirit of Pisco.
