Alban Michel is quite the character, to say the least. Raw and unfiltered, just like his wines, his personality shines through in every bottle. The wines are raucous and emotional, surprising and full of beauty. He embodies the ethos of natural wine. "Biologique... no logic!"
A blend of 50% Grenache Noir, 30% Grenache Blanc, 10% Caladoc, and 10% Syrah from the Languedoc (Corbières). 15 -day maceration of de-stemmed grapes with a pump over. Aged 9 months in stainless steel and fiberglass. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no added SO2.
