Description
A bright and lifted maceration of Xarel•lo from three distinct vineyards, young and old. The low-yield 90 year-old parcel provides depth; the 60 year-old vineyard adds structure; the 20 year-old vines provide energy and whimsy. Macerated on the skins for 14 days before fermentation and aging in stainless steel on the lees for 10 months.
