Description
"La Petita" came from a need for a more accessible wine in the lineup, still with the Rubió standards of certified organic vineyards and farmed biodynamically. This is a blend of Xarello (bought from a neighbor's plot), Malvasía and Sumoll Blanc. Hand harvested, 6-day maceration of the varieties and subsequent alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts in a 1000L amphora and one-part barrel for around 2 months. This wine is fresh, clean, light and simply easy to drink
