We ship wine to all states except: AL, AR, MS, SD, UT & VT.
We also ship wine to select zip codes in the following states: DE, IL, KY, MA, MI, NJ, OK, RI, TX. Please reach out to confirm if your zip code is eligible for shipping in these states.
For spirits, we ship to all states except: AL, AR, IA, LA, MN, MS, MT, SD, UT, VT, WV, WY.
Additionally, we ship spirits to select zip codes in the following states: CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MO, MI, NC, NJ, NM, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, WI.
Please be aware that an adult signature is required upon delivery. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
We utilize a third-party for shipping to most states, so please expect a longer turnaround time, especially if you're located in TX.
We do not issue refunds for orders damaged due to weather-related incidents. During the summer and winter months, you can choose to have us hold your order until it's safe to ship.
- Please note there may be extra charges for large (magnums and bigger) and other irregular formats.
By placing an order for shipping, you are authorizing us to engage a carrier on your behalf, and you are responsible for abiding by local laws.

- According to the law, we can only accept returns for defective goods. If you receive a defective product, we can provide a replacement bottle of the same wine or issue a refund within 30 days of purchase.
