Description
A complex aromatic palette, with hints of walnuts and spices, this is an oxidative vin de voile wine made in the spirit of a vin jaune from the Jura. Not sweet, but rich and dry.
Age of Vines: 8-10 years
Yields: 40 hl/ha
Varieties: Menu Pinneau
Vinification: Late harvest grapes that spend 10 years in barrel for elevage. The wine is totally dry.
