Description
Born into a winemaking family, and with extensive winery experience in New Zealand, Germany and South Africa, Christoph Heiss has decided to focus on his own project in eastern Kamptal. Using chosen parcels of the Weingut Heiss’ 12 hectares of vines, Christoph has developed a very small production of stunning ‘Malinga’ natural wines. Organically farmed grapes are hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented and sometimes aged on lees. All the wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered with low sulfur addition.
