Description
A brand new wine made in collaboration with viticulturist Marc Andreu. 100% Xarello grown organically over calcareous clay soils in the Serra de Montmell, Tarragona. Hand harvested at night, short cold maceration with the skins, and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Native yeasts, unfined/unfiltered bottled with zero SO2.
