Description
A complex wine presenting highly concentrated alcohol, acids, aromas and flavors. Rancio, spice, homey and toast, with traces of primary and secondary Marsanne character and epic texture. This wine was left on ullage (just over half full) and kept on full gross lees, for 10 years. No SO2. No fining. No filtration. Bottled to order, from barrel.
