Gideon Beinstock believes the grapes should speak for themselves intervenes as little as possible. The Carte Blanche is a co-ferment of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon all fermented on the skins and then gently foot stomped. Grapes from the infamous Renaissance vineyard.
Incredibly complex, thought-provoking, textural, deep wine with some refreshing characteristics to balance it all out.
Would benefit beautifully by cellaring, though it would drink nicely now.
