Vines: 35 years old on clay-limestone soils from Opoul-Perrillos
Vinification: Carbonic maceration apart for 7 days in fibreglass. The two wines are blended and go into concrete tanks. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no added SO2.
ABV: 13.5%
