Grapes: Macabeu, Muscat d’Alexandrie, Muscat Petit Grain
Whole-cluster maceration. The grapes are co-fermented in concrete. The wine is then racked to 2500L foudres to age on the lees. Unfined, unfiltered, and with no added SO2.
