Description
Grapes: Grenache Noir, Grenache Gris, Macabeu
Grapes are co-fermented in concrete and see a three day maceration. Pressed and racked back into concrete for aging. Unfined, unfiltered, and with no added SO2.
Aromas of juicy wild raspberry, red currant and hay. Palate has more fresh red berries, citrus with notes of earth and white pepper. Moderate tannins and nice long finish.
