From Frank: "Our Norwegian importer called me whether I was interested in making a special project white wine. I was not immediately attracted by the idea as too many projects can become distractive. As I know Jørgen since many years when he was still working for the monopoly and always liked tasting wines with him, I was curious about why creating this project. His friend Sondre Lerche, a musician, liked very much our wines and so the idea of producing something special crossed his mind. Federica, Jørgen’s wife, owns a vineyard and olive growth and so this project was getting more interesting and making more sense. And so I accepted the challenge of a moderate skin fermented wine, not complex but with character, light-footed but having grip. Sondre liked the style, produced by the winemaker he likes, with his friend Jørgen’s grapes!"
