Description
This liqueur is based exclusively on home-made rhubarb juice, rhubarb eau de vie and sugar -not even water is added. The rhubarb variety, Holsteiner Blut, has notes of green apple, grapefruit and subtle raspberry aromas and the typical flavor of rhubarb.
