Description
A blend of Sylvaner and Pinot Auxerrois from the 2018, ‘19, ‘20, ‘21 vintages — the 2018 was direct pressed and aged in stainless steel for three years, the 2020 macerated for three days on the skins then aged in stainless for one year. Unfined, unfiltered, no added SO2.
