Les Équilibristes is a collective of low-intervention winemakers in France. Borboyon is made by Thomas Blard from Domaine Blard et Fils, and is 98% Jacquere and 2% Altesse from Savoie. Organically farmed, manually harvested, fermented with wild yeasts, low added sulfites.
