Description
A delicate expression of Cabernet Franc, hailing from the 20 year old vines planted on a sloped, south-easterly facing parcel. After hand-destemming, the grapes were macerated for 4 weeks before being gravity fed into barrels for one year’s élevage. The wine was then moved to stainless steel tanks, maturing for a further year and marrying the elements of each unique barrel before bottling.
