Orange Crush: There is something energetically primitive about field-blends....when you are harvesting the grapes and you see the different colors and characters enjoying each other's company in the bin, you can't help but think....this is how it was meant to be. Taking in the essence of it all and letting it create something for you....something unexpected. Dominated by Riesling (60%) and Pinot Gris (30%), along with Pinot Noir (5%) and Gewürztraminer (5%), it's full of citrus notes and tropical fruits with hits of raspberry peaking through the mid-palate. It's a tropical fruit salad in the glass.....a porch pounder with enough structure to cellar and pop at the next album drop.
