Description
A blend of 60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Côt (Malbec) from Touraine, vinified separately. Both varieties are destemmed; the Côt fermented and aged in tronconic wooden vat, and receives a small dose of SO2 just before bottling. Unfined and unfiltered. Certified organic.
