Pressed grape skins and stems rehydrated and co-fermented in low brix cider, a biproduct of our cryo-extract. Aged in oak and bottle conditioned with fresh apple juice. Herbal aromatics with jam and spice notes.
Unfined and unfiltered, no added sulfites. Best enjoyed at 45-55 degrees. 7.3% ABV.
