This year's Imber blend pulls a little bit of Chardonnay from each vineyard we worked with in 2021: Johan, Abbey Road Farm, Alexeli, Royer, and Tuckaway. All vineyards were pressed and aged separately, and blended just prior to bottling. Like with most of our wines, grapes were direct pressed long and hard, settled overnight, and then racked into neutral french barriques, where they fermented and aged without the use of additives for 16 months. The wine is layered and salty, and quite delicious.
